React Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

Join our development team as a proactive React Full-Stack Developer. You'll build end-to-end solutions, from UI to backend, ensuring performance, scalability, and usability. This role demands strong hands-on expertise in React for front-end and modern backend technologies—ideally in a collaborative, on-site setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using ReactJS
• Build backend APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL) with Node.js, Express, or similar stacks.
• Integrate with databases (MySQL/NoSQL) and external services.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality interfaces.
• Ensure clean, modular, testable code and engage in peer reviews.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and implement optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, product) to deliver features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in React and full-stack development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, state management (Redux or Context API), and front-end tooling .
• Backend experience in Node.js/Express (or similar) plus database design and querying.
• Familiarity with Git and development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure), Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Understanding of code quality metrics and performance monitoring tools.
• If you have any experience with developing using Cursor or Lovable, it will be considered an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
