Customer Success Executive

NeoDocs is a Y Combinator and Omidyar backed health-tech startup that is building the future of diagnostics, by bringing the lab to your phone. Founded by IIT Bombay alumni, NeoDocs develops instant lab test kits, with results generated on the phone within 30 seconds.

We are looking for a HIGHLY MOTIVATED candidate to lead our Success team. This role is a critical cog in our vision to make instant, affordable diagnostics accessible to every Indian. This role involves engaging with our customers, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing guidance and support to ensure their satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding medical products and services via email, calls, and in-person visits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, marketing, and product management, to relay feedback from doctors, clinics, and hospitals for product improvements and updates.
• Gather insights from interactions with healthcare professionals to identify opportunities for improving product knowledge, customer engagement, and overall service experience.
• Coordinate and support a team of Medical Advisors or field representatives, ensuring their availability, training, and readiness to address inquiries from medical professionals.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of educational materials, FAQs, and other resources for healthcare providers to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
