Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the face of Business Samadhan for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive retention and growth. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and relationship building.
  • Understand client needs, proactively provide solutions, and ensure timely resolution of queries/issues.
  • Manage client communication across calls, emails, and virtual meetings with excellent etiquette.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, legal, tax, and consulting) to deliver on client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate client records and track interactions in CRM tools.
  • Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities by understanding client requirements.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and take initiatives to improve customer experience.


Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) with strong email and business etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields preferred.
