Customer Success Associate

Swipe is a simple invoicing and payments app trusted by 20L+ SMEs in India, which is backed by Y Combinator and top-tier VCs and Angel Investors from Silicon Valley and India. We make it easy for local businesses to invoice their customers over WhatsApp. With Swipe, businesses can send a WhatsApp message with a link that allows their customers to pay instantly with various payment methods.

What you will do:

• Provide exceptional customer support through our chat support intercom, and on calls.
• Conduct product walkthroughs and guide customers in utilizing our app to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations empathetically and professionally, striving to resolve them efficiently.
• Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify recurring queries and trends in customer inquiries to improve product usability and customer experience.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and understanding customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to offer valuable insights derived from customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions using CRM tools for continuous improvement.
• Provide insights into customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

• An internship or full-time experience in customer success or a related field is preferred.
• Must be fluent in Hindi
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• You are customer-obsessed and genuinely care for customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A team player with a willingness to collaborate across departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
