📌 Job Title: Customer Success Associate 

📍 Location: DLF Galaxy Tower, Sector 30, Gurugram 

🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office 

🛫 Process: International Voice (Healthcare Preferred) 

🎯 Key Responsibilities: Provide customer assistance and end-to-end issue resolution 

Document all customer interactions accurately 

Maintain high-quality service standards 

✅ Requirements:

 UG/Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process 

Excellent English communication skills – C1 level 

No MTI/RTI, strong grammar and pronunciation 

💼 Interview Rounds: 

HR Round 

Operations Round 

Client Interview 

💸 Salary: Upto 4.2 LPA CTC 

🕐 Shift: Rotational (for both male & female) 

🚗 Cab Facility: Available
