  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, chat, or in-person
  • Provide accurate and complete information about the company's products or services to customers
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, and recommend appropriate solutions or alternatives
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a calm and courteous manner, aiming for a positive resolution
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their satisfaction is achieved
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer database or CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and billing, to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information
