Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator at the company located in Chennai, your role involves handling OEMs, End Users, and Distributor Management. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing customer relationships effectively to exceed customer satisfaction. - Responding promptly and professionally to Customer Enquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Providing product information, pricing, availability, status on orders, and accounts receivable to customers. - Creating Customer Accounts, updating Customer Master & Price Master in ERP regularly. - Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring resolution through follow-up. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and business transactions. - Coordinating sales activities to achieve Sales Targets, On-Time Deliveries, and Accounts Receivable. - Providing Inside Sales Support on Lead Management, Quotes, Follow-up, and conversion to business opportunity. - Liaising between customers, sales team, and internal cross-functional teams of Operations, MU & Finance. - Ensuring outstanding service delivery, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. - Maintaining ERP and CRM Salesforce Management on Leads, Account, Opportunities & Case management. - Providing administrative support as required and achieving assigned tasks on a timely basis. - Generating MIS Reports. - Ensuring On-Time Delivery (OTD) on Quotes, Order acknowledgment & Despatches. - Working towards Reduction in % Claims on order processing. - Improving NPS Score on Customer Satisfaction. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree with expertise in Customer Service / Sales Coordination. - Proficiency in MS Office, ERP on Order Management & CRM Salesforce Tool. - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail. - Effective listening, Quick learner, Initiative & adaptability. - Customer centricity with patience and a positive attitude. - Team Collaboration and ability to work in a matrix organization. - Performance driven to deliver KPIs and business goals. - Multilinguistic with proficiency in English and Spoken Hindi.
