Role & responsibilities : We are hiring for One of the premuim process @ Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) Process: Customer Service Executive - Voice Process Good communication skill in English Handling customer inquiries, complaints and request over the phone calls. Providing first-call resolution to customers. Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (including night shifts) 5 Days working Previous experience in customer service is a plus. Must possess basic computer skills. Preferred candidate profile : Any 12th pass/10+3 Years Diploma/Graduate Fresher Perks and benefits Salary: 15000 to 18000 Cost to Company+Incentive (Depends upon business requirements)
