Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Executive to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions. Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards. Requirements: 2 months to 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Willingness to work in the 1 PM to 10 PM shift. Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
