Role Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who will be the voice of Daamaira — the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and promptness, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, helpful, and reflective of our luxury brand ethos. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries via email, social media, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide detailed product information, support with orders, returns, exchanges, and delivery status. Handle complaints and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, aiming to exceed customer expectations. Maintain and update customer records, order status, and CRM entries accurately. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Marketing) to ensure seamless customer experiences. Track and report recurring customer feedback and suggest improvements to the customer service process. Assist in building customer loyalty through positive interactions and after-sales support. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or lifestyle/luxury sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure. Familiarity with customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Shopify Inbox, or similar). Basic understanding of social media platforms and e-commerce operations. A passion for home décor and design is a strong advantage.
