Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Daily tasks include responding to customer questions, resolving issues, managing customer experiences, and maintaining proper phone etiquette.

• Strong Phone Etiquette skills
• Experience in managing Customer Experience
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor
• Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
