Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, processing orders, handling complaints, and upselling products or services. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

Customer service and communication skills
Sales and upselling skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage and process orders effectively
Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Experience in the consulting industry is an advantage
