Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative located in Kolkata. The Customer Service Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide customer support, and engage in telemarketing and sales activities. Other tasks include lead generation and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions. The representative is expected to work closely with clients to address their inquiries and promote services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
