Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative based in Kolkata. The representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, managing inbound and outbound calls, providing product and service information, handling sales and telemarketing, and assisting with lead generation. The role involves maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets while working closely with the team to ensure exceptional service delivery. Qualifications Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls, and providing excellent customer support Sales, telemarketing, and lead generation skills Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Ability to handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions Team player with good interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software Previous experience in the BPO or customer service industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification preferred Show more Show less
