Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves interacting with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their needs and concerns. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer experience by being attentive, responsive, and solution-oriented. Qualifications Experience in Customer Service, Customer Service Representatives, and Customer Support Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and excellent Customer Experience Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using customer service software and tools High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred Show more Show less
