1. Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
2. Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholders
3. Taking ownership of reporting work in the process
4. Ensure compliance to all the reports
5. Inbound Calling/ International Voice Process (B2B or B2C)
6. Maintain all documentation/tracking in the applications up to date for the processes
7. Responsible for call Audits, efficient in onshore connects/Communications
• Fresher or 0 to 6 Months of Experience in Customer Service
• Strong verbal and written communication Skills
• Any Graduate ( Expect B.tech and BSC)
Proficient in computer applications including Excel & Word
