Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback or inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools for data entry and reporting
• Handle cash transactions accurately when required

Skills

• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Strong analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback and improve service delivery
• Experience with sales techniques is beneficial but not mandatory
• Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is an asset
