Customer Service Representative

Role Summary:

The role involves engaging with international students, managing queries, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with and support international students across various touchpoints
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional manner
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
• Work collaboratively with internal teams for issue resolution

Role Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Prior experience in customer service
• Ability to manage and engage with international customers/students
• Industry background in Hospitality, Education, Banking, or Insurance preferred
• Graduation is mandatory
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and flexible environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
