Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Indore. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing email support, live chats, and phone calls, as well as documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
