Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving the customer experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining customer records, and providing exceptional service.
