Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include answering customer calls, addressing their concerns, processing orders, providing information, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Customer Service and Customer Experience skills Experience in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency in using customer service software and tools High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
