Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Indore. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and live chats, providing technical support, and generating leads. The role requires maintaining a high level of professionalism and delivering consistent and reliable customer service.
