Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Customer Handling Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supermarket or retail environment. The role involves assisting customers, addressing queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, retail knowledge, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in-store
• Handle queries, returns, and complaints professionally
• Ensure smooth billing and checkout experience
• Maintain store presentation and customer service standards
• Work closely with team members for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer handling in a supermarket/retail store
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of retail operations preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
