Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Construction Site Foreman to supervise day-to-day site operations. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and daily activities.
• Ensure all construction work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and safety standards.
• Monitor progress and report updates to management.
• Manage labor attendance, material usage, and site records.
• Inspect work quality and resolve site-related issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman/Site Supervisor in construction.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
