Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor located in Chennai. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with construction safety standards, conducting inspections, and managing site supervision. Daily tasks will include supervising construction workers, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience
• Strong Communication skills to liaise with workers and stakeholders
• Expertise in Inspection and ensuring Construction Safety
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial
