Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Theni. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring safety regulations and project timelines are adhered to. Daily tasks include supervising site workers, coordinating with architects and designers, managing resources and materials, and ensuring quality control. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for liaising with clients and reporting on project progress. Qualifications Experience in construction project management and site supervision Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and blueprints Strong communication and organizational skills Problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in using construction management software Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) Previous experience in a supervisory role in construction (preferred)
