Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, handling complaints, processing orders, and providing information about products and services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support roles
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities to handle customer complaints or issues
