Job Description

This would include. Onboarding new clients Acknowledge and work on client service requests. Understand blueprint and create assessments for clients. End to end drive campus placement drive management Offering real time monitoring and support to our clients. Coordinate with Customer Success, Content Creation, Technology and other team Using CRM Support Desk platforms like Zoho and Exotel The team works closely with the clients to ensure end-to-end execution through a set of well-defined processes & SLAs. The Operations team drives client on-boarding, training, project management and delivery support for the clients or the individual test takers. The Content team has internal experts who work with over 1000+ SMEs & Partners to ensure quality assessments are curated as per the agreed frameworks and objectives. What You Will Need: Good communications skills (verbal and email) Agile- Ability to work in a faced paced environment, Willingness to work in shifts Basic MS Excel CRM experience (preferably Zoho) Problem solving attitude eye for detail and quality deliverance, Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, Strong sense of ownership and time management.
