Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and escalate complex issues
• Assist with onboarding, product guidance, and troubleshooting for customers
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
• Multilingual skills (English, Mandarin, Malay) are advantageous
• Customer-focused, patient, and professional attitude
