About the Role

Customer Support Associate (International Non-Voice Process)

freshers and experienced candidates



Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or ticketing platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle multiple customer queries simultaneously while adhering to quality and productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions and update records accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure proper escalation procedures are followed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies and data protection standards.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to process changes as required.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality reviews to improve performance.


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education:

    Minimum

    12th Pass

    or

    Graduate

    in any discipline.
  • Experience:

    Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and tone).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 30–35 WPM with good accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Must be flexible to work

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range:

    ₹21,000 to ₹28,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
