About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic customer support team. As a Customer Support Associate (International Non-Voice Process) , you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring smooth communication through written channels such as chat or email. This role demands excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or ticketing platforms in a professional and timely manner. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Handle multiple customer queries simultaneously while adhering to quality and productivity standards. Collaborate with the internal team to resolve complex issues efficiently. Document all customer interactions and update records accurately in the CRM system. Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure proper escalation procedures are followed. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies and data protection standards. Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to process changes as required. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality reviews to improve performance. Required Qualifications and Skills Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and tone). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism. Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 30–35 WPM with good accuracy. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Must be flexible to work night shifts as this is an international process . Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Working Conditions Shift: Night Shift (Compulsory) Working Days: 5 days a week (Rotational offs) Mode: Work from Office only (no remote option) Location: Indore Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: ₹21,000 to ₹28,000 per month (based on skills and experience) Travel Allowance: Provided as per company policy.
