Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Surat. The individual will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing outstanding support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing client communications, resolving issues, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring each client receives an excellent service experience. Collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Customer Support and handling queries effectively
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
• Familiarity with logistics or supply chain processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is advantageous
