AppsTech Solution, established in 2011, provides IT infrastructure across India — especially in secluded regions. Services include networking, facility management, 24/7 technical help-desk support, and skilled workforce deployment for data centers, cloud services, security, and managed IT services.


Role

We are looking for a customer-oriented and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
  • Communicate with customers about their experiences with our products or services.
  • Provide information about products and services, take orders, and address customer complaints.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

· Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience, freshers can also apply
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

· Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
