Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks also include documenting customer interactions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.

• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction, Retention and managing Customer Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Bachelor's degree or UG with equivalent experience in a related field
• Prior exposure to International clients or in an International BPO setting
