About the job

We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic Customer Service Executives to join our International Voice-based travel support team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in International Customer Service, strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability in upselling or customer retention.

• Job Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
• Compensation: Up to ₹38,000 CTC per month + Performance Linked Incentives (PLI)
• Note: Eligible candidates may receive a 25%–30% hike on their last drawn salary
• Joining: Immediate joiners will be given preference

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience
• Undergraduates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Prior experience in international upselling or customer retention is preferred
• Must possess excellent verbal communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to customer travel queries
• Support customers with bookings, itinerary modifications and general inquiries
• Promote relevant services where applicable and effectively retain customers
• Uphold service excellence standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient query resolution
