Role Description

This is a full-time Onsite (WFO) role for a Travel Sales Consultant. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with customers on their travel needs, providing exceptional customer service, and handling reservations. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing travel plans, coordinating with customers to understand their requirements, and ensuring all travel arrangements are handled smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Travel domain (minimum - 6 months for Graduates and 1 year if Undergraduate)
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the travel industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus

Salary

non GDS with travel experience upto 38k

GDS knowledge upto 55k
