Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
Maintain high product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience working in the BFSI industry is preferred.
