Customer Service Manager

Role Overview: As a Customer Experience Manager (CXM) at the Gurgaon KIA Showroom, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional and seamless experiences for every customer visiting the car showroom. Serving as the brand's face, you will manage the entire customer journey from the initial inquiry to post-sale engagement. Your collaboration with sales, service, and marketing teams will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand image. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the customer journey by greeting and assisting customers upon their arrival at the showroom, ensuring a welcoming environment, and coordinating test drives and product demonstrations. - Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems, follow up with customers post-visit and post-sale, and handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently. - Optimize the customer experience by monitoring feedback, identifying pain points, suggesting improvements, and training showroom staff on customer interaction protocols. - Uphold the dealership's image and standards, collaborate with marketing for showroom events, and ensure operational excellence by maintaining customer areas and touchpoints. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in automotive or luxury retail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office, problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first approach. - Professional appearance and demeanor with good experience in the automobile sector.
