Role Overview
We are looking for experienced MIS / Customer Service Managers or Team Leads to manage customer support and reporting operations. Each manager/team lead will be responsible for supervising a team of 6+ MIS Executives handling internal and external customer coordination, reporting, and support across branches in South India.
