Customer Service Manager (CSM)

As a Sales Manager, your role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to meet dealership goals. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring competitiveness by staying updated on competitor activity. Your primary objective will be to ensure the dealership meets revenue and profit objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure a high level of performance. - Motivate and coach salespeople to improve their skills and effectiveness. - Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to keep the team informed and motivated. - Assign sales targets and monitor team performance to drive results. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and you will be expected to ensure excellent customer service, resolve complaints effectively, and oversee customer interactions to enhance retention and referrals. Collaboration with the service and finance departments will be necessary to improve the overall customer experience. In terms of inventory and vendor management, you will work closely with the purchasing team to maintain the right vehicle inventory. This involves coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers for promotions and incentives, as well as monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely ordering of vehicles. Your financial and administrative responsibilities will include setting competitive pricing strategies to maximize profit, structuring deals and financing options with the finance team, preparing sales reports and forecasts for senior management, and ensuring compliance with all legal and dealership regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team on advertising and promotional campaigns, plan and execute special sales events and dealership promotions, and utilize digital tools and social media for lead generation.
