Location : Jaipur Time : 10:00 am to 7:30 PM Days : 6 days working (Monday to Saturday) Role : Quality Control and Assurance Head (Full-time) Job Type: Full Time, Field Job Salary : 25,000/- to 30,000/- per month Job Summary: The Head of Quality Assurance is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s quality strategy, policies, and procedures to ensure products, processes, and services consistently meet regulatory, customer, and internal standards. This role oversees the entire QA function, leads audits and compliance initiatives, drives continuous improvement, and ensures a strong culture of quality across the organization. Key Responsibilities : Production Supervision : Monitor and supervise in-line production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct post-production quality checks to maintain product consistency and reduce errors. Work closely with production, R&D, and supply chain to ensure consistent product quality. Quality Check Inspect and evaluate incoming fabrics, trims, and other raw materials. Ensure that all inputs meet design, durability, and brand quality standards. Collaborate with vendors to ensure raw materials and outsourced services meet quality expectations. Monitor vendor capacity, performance, and compliance with company SOPs. Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors and suppliers to communicate and resolve quality related issues. Follow up with vendors (including the Mumbai office team) to ensure timely corrections and compliance with Nishorama’s quality guidelines. Implement inline and end-line quality checks at vendor/production units. Ensure compliance with measurement specs, construction standards, finishing, and packaging. Drive corrective actions with vendors for defects, rejections, or delays. Approve PP (Pre-Production) samples, size sets, and production lots. Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of quality checks, inspection reports, and vendor communications. Highlight defects, suggest corrective actions, and track improvements in subsequent productions. Oversee final inspections, AQL standards, and shipment approvals. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in apparel, textiles, or fashion production. Strong knowledge of fabric quality, garment construction, and production processes. Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills for vendor management and coordination across teams.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling marketplace accounts, driving revenue growth, optimizing listings, and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end operations of e-commerce marketplace accounts and D2C website. - Handle product listings, cataloging, pricing, promotions, inventory management, and stock reconciliation. - Analyze sales trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to drive revenue and visibility. - Optimize product content, keywords, and images for higher ranking and conversion. - Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaigns, promotions, and visibility opportunities. - Monitor daily sales, returns, payments, and resolve operational issues (logistics, cancellations, claims). - Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to align brand strategy across platforms. - Ensure compliance with platform policies and service-level agreements. - Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
