Catalog Executive

Role Overview:

The Catalogue Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s product catalogue across all online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A solid understanding of e-commerce operations, product data management, and marketplace platforms is essential. Candidates with prior experience in fashion or retail e-commerce will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images as part of the company’s product catalogue.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all product data and content are accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure optimal product representation on the website and marketplace platforms.
• Monitor inventory and update product availability and visibility accordingly.
• Oversee product uploads and enhancements across platforms such as the brand’s own website, Nykaa, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance catalogue accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure all catalogue-related tasks are executed within deadlines while maintaining brand standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce cataloguing or product data management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in multitasking and quick learning in a dynamic work environment.
• Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,224.62 - ₹34,645.34 per month
