Role Overview:
The Design Executive supports the creative process by conducting research, assisting in
design execution, and maintaining documentation from concept to production by working closely with the Design team at Nishorama!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating seasonal collections and mood boards.
- Research fabrics, colours, and silhouettes aligned with trends.
- Develop and maintain excel sheets, tech packs, spec sheets, and look books.
- Coordinate sample development and fitting sessions.
- Ensure creative consistency across all design outputs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Any graduate Degree/Diploma
- 1 to 3 years of experience in design or product development.
- Strong attention to detail and design sensibility.
Performance Expectations:
- Timely and accurate design documentation.
- Alignment with Nishorama’s design vision and seasonal direction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,173.66 - ₹25,797.25 per month
