Role & responsibilities

A nag for Customer service - international Voice process for inbound calls
Excellent communication skills
Voice and accent clarity - Neutral
Knowledge of basic computer operations
Willingness to learn and strong attention to details

freshers who have enrolled or are currently undergoing graduation
0-36 months experience in international voice process
