Profile: Customer Service Executive

Location: Remote

6 days working

Desired Candidate Profile

UG/ Graduate/Experience all can apply.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
Must be comfortable with the rotational shifts and rotational off.
Must have their own laptop (i5 or above processor) and wifi connection as well.
Powerbackup and Headset are mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers' needs.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Salary: 18kctc - 20kctc

3000 quarterly bonus
