International Voice Process

Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Achieve performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and other targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO/Call Center process is preferred.
