Job Description

International Voice Process Customer Support (Voice)

Location:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats from international customers (primarily US, Australia, etc.)
Provide accurate information related to products, services, or technical issues
Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and follow-up when necessary

Skills Required:

night shifts and rotational shifts
