Profile : Customer Service Executive / Telesales Executive

Salary : 15-16k in hand + Incentives

Day shifts.

6 days working.

Eligibility : Any undergraduate / graduate / fresher / experienced can apply.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a polite and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations) to address customer needs.
Meet service quality standards and response time targets.
Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
