Location:

Voice Support, Banking Support, KYC, and Backend Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice or backend channels
• Provide support for banking-related inquiries (where applicable)
• Perform verification, documentation review, and KYC checks
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and quality standards
• Work within defined SLAs and operational guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
• Adapt to rotational shifts and maintain professionalism with customers
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

• HSC or Graduate (depending on role requirement)
  

• Experience:

• Freshers to candidates with

  1 year+

  experience in Voice, KYC, or Banking

• Skills & Additional Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Banking knowledge preferred for certain roles
• KYC experience must for specialized positions
• SVAR score of

  65+

  (for select roles)

Salary Range (Annual LPA)

Backend Operations1.98 LPA

Voice Support / Verification2.40 LPA

KYC Voice (1 year exp + Banking knowledge)3.00 LPA

Banking Voice Fresher3.24 LPA

Banking Voice 6 months exp 3.56 LPA

Banking Voice 1 year exp 3.68 LPA

Banking Voice 18 months exp 3.80 LPA

Advanced Voice (Banking knowledge + 6 months exp) 4.20 LPA
