Job Description

Documentation:
Prepare and process Air Waybills (AWB), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and customs declarations.
Booking & Coordination:
Arrange airline bookings, coordinate with transport partners for collections/deliveries, and liaise with customs brokers.
Customer Service:
Handle inquiries, provide proactive shipment updates, manage complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to IATA, TSA, and other international/local regulations.
Tracking & Monitoring:
Monitor cargo status from pickup to delivery, updating systems and communicating delays.
System Management:
Accurately enter and maintain shipment data in freight management systems.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and service disruptions.
Billing/Quoting:
Assist with rate calculations, provide quotes, and handle invoicing.

Essential Skills & Requirements
- Experience in air freight operations/logistics.
- Strong understanding of export documentation and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, targeted environment.
